Instructions for the sign up of the activities:

1. Plan beforehand the activities you would like to do. Be sure to check times and addresses to make sure you have time to move from one activity to another! Leave time for transitions, delays can cause you to not be able to attend the activity at all.

2. Plan for a few backup activities in case the number one option fills up quick!

3. If you have any specific activity that you absolutely want, book it first!

4. Redeem the right number of activities depending on your degree and date. Note! The activities you choose are reserved for you only after you have placed them in the Kide.app shopping cart.

   • Moderate Mover: 3 activities in the 19.9. sign up.

   • Sports Enthusiast: 3 activities in the 19.9. sign up and 2 activities in the 20.9. sign up.

   • Sports Freak: 3 activities in the 19.9. sign up, 2 activities in the 20.9. sign up and 2 activities in the 21.9. sign up.

   • Motion Machine: 3 activities in the 19.9. sign up, 2 activities in the 20.9. sign up and 5 activities in the 21.9. sign up.

5. If you want to do independent activities, select them as an activity during the sign up. The activities are proved when you are picking up the patch. For more information on independent activities, see independent activities.

6. Be quick! The activities fill up really fact!

7. Be on time the next day when the next sign up opens, if your degree requires it.

Please note that the following activities require an additional fee to be paid on arrival:

• Wall climbing,  Reenis, Megazone, Dancehall, Queenstyle & Twerk 5€

• Padel optional racket rent 2€

• Aqua Training and swimming 1.5€

• Pole Dancing, aerial acrobatics and air yoga 10€

Where can I pick up my SporttiAppro-pass?

​

When you buy a ticket you can also choose the place where you want to pick up your SporttiAppro-pass. You can pick up the pass by showing the ticket on the Linnanmaa and Kontinkangas campuses at following times:

On Thursday 21.9. at 10.00-14.00
On Friday 22.9. at 10.00-14.00

Pick-up location for the passes:

In Linnanmaa, On Monday, from Tellus and on Tuesday from green coat racks

In Kontinkangas, Tellus

General instructions for the event:

​

1.  Don't attend the event if you are sick!

2. The organiser of the event does not convince the participants. Everyone participants at their own responsibility.

3. In addition of the event instructions, all participants must follow instructions of all activities and their staff.

4. Please arrive on time! 

5. Read activities instructions and check addresses before the event!

What to do if I bought a SporttiAppro-pass, but I can not ​participate in event?

​

If you are not able to participate in event, unfortunately we can not return your ticket, but you have a possibility to sell your SporttiAppro-pass in Kide.app. More information of sending a ticket for a someone else, you fill in Kide.apps own website.

What to do if I can not participate to activity I have signed up?

​

If you can not attend the activity, where you have signed up, we hope that you could release you activity-ticket via Kide.app. Most of the activities are very popular and not everyone is able to participate. Releasing your extra ticket, someone else can participate in that activity.
