I bought a ticket for the event but can no longer attend. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for tickets, but you can independently sell your ticket through Kide.app.
Can I change the degree I'm completing during the event?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the degree during the event. You must complete the degree you selected when purchasing the ticket.
Can I collect the Appro pass on behalf of a friend?
Yes, you can. You don't need your friend's ticket, as we can find the ticket under the participant's name in Kide.app.
I can't attend the activity I signed up for. What should I do?
Please inform the organizers immediately so we can free up your spot for another participant. You can contact us via email at sporttiappro.oulu@gmail.com or on the Telegram hotline @oonahalme. After that, you can choose a new activity from the available options or complete an independent activity.
I haven't received the event information emails. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder. Then, check which email you’ve linked to your Kide.app account, as that’s where we collect the addresses. If you still can't find the emails, contact us at sporttiappro.oulu@gmail.com, and we will resend them.
Why are there additional fees for some activities?
Some venues charge a participation fee, which we, unfortunately, cannot influence.
I didn't get a spot in activity X. Will more spots be added?
Unfortunately, no additional spots will be made available. We wish we could offer a place to everyone, but the spots are strictly limited.
Could activity X be scheduled for more sessions?
Activity venues decide how many sessions they can offer, so we don’t have much control over this. We do try to request more sessions for popular activities, but the final decision lies with the venue.
Why was activity X available last year but not this year?
We strive to offer a wide variety of activities, but some venues may face their own obstacles to participation, which is why they are not included this year.
I can’t return the pass myself. Can my friend return it for me?
Yes, your friend can return it for you, but they must have your physical pass with them. A photo of the pass won’t be sufficient.
