Why should I join?

JOIN

OLO takes care of the rights of teacher students.
Discounts at events organized by OLO.
Becoming a member of The Teacher Student Union of Finland (SOOL) requires OLO membership.
You support the student organization.
Once you join, you are eligible to vote in OLO's meetings and influence the student organizations work.
Bun Day at Cafe Olohuone once a month.
You can apply for a grant for minor studies.
You can get OLO overalls.
You can use our member benefits!

Note that OLO membership lasts until you graduate!

HOW TO JOIN?

TRANSFER OF CURRENT MEMBERSHIP TO A NEW REGISTER

1. If you haven't made an account on Kide.app, do so first https://kide.app/

2. After registering or logging in, select 'Jäsenyys / Membership' on the homepage

3. Search for the membership (‘Hae jäsenyyttä’) #olojäsenyys

4. Select Jatkava OLO ry:n jäsen // Already a member of OLO ry

5. Fill in the required information (Note: In the year of joining, fill in the year in which you originally joined [usually your fresher year])

6. Please read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Wait for a board member to approve your membership. Prove your membership with the old proof (OLO sticker or picture of the original payment) by contacting the board.

PURCHASING A NEW MEMBERSHIP

1. If you haven't made an account on Kide.app, do so first https://kide.app/

2. After registering or logging in, select 'Memberships' on the homepage

3. Search For Membership #olojäsenyys

4. Select OLO ry:n jäsenyys // Membership of OLO ry

5. Choose either New Member (all undergraduate students), Masters students (Class Teacher Master's program) or Exchange student (Exchange students only).

6. Fill in the required information

7. Please read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Wait for a board member to approve your membership.

9. Enjoy the member benefits of OLO!
